Herrmise Lifestyle (“Herrmise”, “we”, “our” or “us”) operates the e-commerce website herrmise.ae and its related sub-domains, services and tools (the “Website”). The Website is provided as a service to allow you to browse and purchase products and goods (“Products”) offered for sale (“Services”).

Herrmise reserves the right to modify, delete or supplement the content of the Website at any time without prior notice, and will use reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Herrmise Lifestyle governing your use of the Website and the purchase of Products through it. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and guests who access or use the Website.

By registering for an account or placing an order as a guest, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age or that you are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a person under the age of 21, you are fully responsible for their use of the Website, including all financial charges and legal liability that may arise.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

All prices displayed on the Website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you accordingly.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colour, design and packaging may vary slightly from what is displayed on the Website.

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT OF SALE

Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products. A binding contract between you and Herrmise is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability or any other reason we deem appropriate. In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded.

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@herrmise.ae. Once dispatched, the Returns Policy will apply.

5. PAYMENT

We accept a range of payment methods as displayed at checkout, including credit cards, debit cards and other payment options made available from time to time. All transactions are processed securely via SSL-encrypted payment gateways.

By submitting your payment details, you confirm that the payment method is yours or that you have the authorisation to use it. Herrmise is not liable for any unauthorised use of payment information.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order unless an alternative arrangement (such as cash on delivery, where available) is selected at checkout.

6. DELIVERY

We deliver within the UAE and to select international destinations as indicated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed, though we will make every effort to meet them.

All items are quality checked before dispatch. In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@herrmise.ae so that we can arrange a return and replacement or refund as appropriate.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Herrmise is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, natural events, or force majeure events as described in Clause 14.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Herrmise wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will accept returns within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

– Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached and accompanied by the original invoice.

– Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

– Certain product categories (such as personal care items, intimate apparel or perishable goods) may be excluded from the returns policy for hygiene or safety reasons. These exclusions will be noted on the relevant product page.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following receipt and inspection of the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
